Sellers FAQ

Yes, but only once you complete the sale. You can list with Housewell for free, and we charge a flat $2999 commission when you sell your home (not including any buyers agent). This is a fraction of the typical 6% commission charged by traditional agents.

No, when you list with Housewell you can't use another listing agent. We are your agent. We don't just drop a sign in your yard and hope for the best, we are with you every step of the way. You can call you agent at any point if you need help and they'll constantly be collaborating with you within Housewell.

We use software to automate many of the tasks that traditional agents do manually. This allows us to pass the savings on to you. This doesn't mean you get less service, it just means you get a better price.

Yes and we encourage it if that's what you want! However, you won't be able to get the Housewell Rebate if you use another agent.

No, buying through Housewell is completely free.

The Housewell Rebate is a portion of the commission we credit back to you for being our customer. This can be up to 3% of the property value depending on the Seller. You get this rebate for buying directly through Housewell instead of using an agent. You can use an agent on Housewell, but you won't be eligible for the rebate.
